§ 17. Lieutenant-Colonel Marloweasked the President of the Board of Education whether he has considered the resolutions of the recent meeting of the Association of Education Committees; whether he is aware that when the Brighton resolution, which was supported by five other committees and not opposed, was being voted upon, a tactical device was employed by the Executive so as to prevent a vote being taken; and if he will take notice of this resolution as if it had been carried as it would have been if voting had been permitted.
§ The President of the Board of Education (Mr. Butler)I will take note of the hon. and gallant Member's request, but I cannot comment on the procedure to which he draws my attention.
