Mr. JohnstonAs the House was informed on l0th February the Government propose, as part of their general reconstruction programme, to introduce a Bill in the near future authorising 5 Exchequer assistance for water supply and sewerage in rural localities, and to lay a White Paper outlining the Government's policy on water supply. These proposals will apply both to Scotland and to England and Wales.
