asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of War Transport if he can state the number of casualties upon the roads for the months of January and February, together with the figures of such casualties during the hours of black-out.

With my hon. Friend's permission, I will circulate the figures for January in the OFFICIAL REPORT. I regret that the figures for February have not yet been received.
