§ Mr. WillinkYou, Sir, and the House has heard my hon. Friend refer to bylaws again and again. On the last occasion I invited him, as an experienced architect, to give examples of what he had in mind.
§ Mr. BossomI should be pleased to do this but I will also call my right hon. and learned Friend's attention to an answer he gave me which is in direct contradiction to one by his Parliamentary Secretary on the same subject.
