The Bill to which the hon. Member refers was introduced last Tuesday.

May I ask my right hon. Friend when we shall see the Bill in print; and also if he can state the date when we shall have the Second Reading?

In answer to the first part of the question, I had hoped that the Bill would be available to hon. Members to-day, but I now understand that it will not be available until tomorrow. I cannot answer the second part of the question.
