Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill be now read the Third time."

Mr. Tinker

In regard to this Provisional Order Bill, Mr. Speaker, I do not find anything upon the Order Paper about it, and I and my hon. Friends are wondering why. In the circumstances we do not know what Bill is coming on, and therefore have not a chance to object.

This Business is printed upon a separate Order Paper and both Papers are usually available in separate boxes.

Mr. Mathers

Both Papers were there, at the Vote Office.

Question put, and agreed to.
