Mr. De la Bèreasked the Minister of Agriculture whether, in view of the disastrous consequences of the frost on 6th May and the inability of the agriculturalists to take adequate safeguards owing to the lack of reliable weather forecasts, he will confer with the appropriate authorities with a view to some relaxation of the existing regulations.
