Mr. Bossomasked the Minister of Health whether industrialists and owners of large commercial properties can instruct their architects to proceed with the drawings for their post-war premises, basing the designs upon modern systems of construction and employing new materials, which were not contemplated in existing building Acts or model by-laws; and, if not, what provision he is making to enable this to be done at the earliest possible date.
