HC Deb 07 June 1944 vol 400 cc1327-8
2. Miss Ward

asked the Secretary of State, for Foreign Affairs whether he can now make any report on the shooting of British prisoners of war.

3. Mr. Edgar Granville

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has any fresh information to give on the shooting of 48 R.A.F. officers in a German prison camp.

Mr. Eden

The Swiss Government was informed by the German Government, on 5th June, that a full report was being prepared, which should be in their hands this week. I am sure the House will agree that no further statement should be made by His Majesty's Government until this report has been received and considered.
