§ The Chairman of Ways and Means (Major Milner)I beg to move, "That the House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendments."
The Amendments to this Bill which have been made in another place are purely drafting, with one exception; that is a Sub-section protecting water consumers by providing for prior notice to be given of any application for increased charges.
