Lords Amendment: In page 82, line 40, at end, insert: (b) for references therein to a school certified by the Board of Education, in accordance with the provisions of Part V of the Education Act, 1921, as suitable for providing education for blind, deaf, defective or epileptic children, there were substituted references to a special school.
