On a point of Order. In view of the fact that this House has decided, on several occasions, not to hold its proceedings in public, when questions affecting the flying bomb and the consequences of the flying bomb are being discussed, I beg to draw attention to the fact that Strangers are present.

Notice taken, that Strangers were present. Whereupon Mr. SPEAKER, pursuant to Standing Order No. 89, put the Question, "That Strangers be ordered to withdraw."

The House proceeded to a Division

Viscount HINCHINGBROOKE and Mr. STOREY were appointed Tellers for the Ayes, but there being no Members willing to act as Tellers for the Noes, Mr. SPEAKER declared that the Ayes had it..

Strangers withdrew accordingly.
