§ Mr. KeyIn view of the growing apprehension among these men, will the right hon. and gallant Gentleman try to expedite the operations of this Committee?
§ Captain BalfourThe chairman and members of the Committee have a very wide field to cover, and a very difficult problem. They are doing their very best to cover it. When they have reported, my right hon. Friend must have adequate time to consider all the issues on which they are reporting.
