§ Report from the Select Committee, brought up, and read, as follows:
§ The Committee have considered the Utility Apparel and Utility Cloth Orders (Amendment) Order, 1944 (S.R. & O., 1944, No. 703), dated 20th June, 1944, which was presented to the House on 5th July, 1944, and are of the opinion that the attention of the House should be drawn to it, on the grounds that it appears to make some unusual and unexpected use of the powers conferred by the Statute under which it is made, and that its form calls for elucidation.
