§ Mr. Noel-BakerIt is not obligatory to fit bumpers on motor-cars, and I am not satisfied that it is necessary to impose a regulation governing their height from the ground. I will, however, bring my hon. Friend's suggestion to the notice of motor manufacturers.
§ Mr. BullArising out of that reply, does the Minister think that it is a good thing to have these bumpers at different heights, because it only causes more muddle, and would be consider, if I ask him now, as I have asked him twice before, reaching a decision on the question of right-hand drive?
