MorrisonThe appointed day for the coming into force of the new Electoral Register will be a day two months subsequent to the completion of the sorting and arranging in all registration areas of the material now being transferred from national registration officers to electoral registration officers. I am not yet in a position to say when this sorting process will have been everywhere completed.
