§ 38. Mr. Dribergasked the Secretary of State for War if he will remove from the cover of the A.B.C.A. pamphlets the intimation that their contents must not be communicated to the Press or other un-authorised persons, since these pamphlets have a considerable circulation among editors, educationists and others, and contain no matter whose reproduction would endanger security.
