§ Mr. LawThe Interim Commission which was set up in accordance with Resolution II of the Hot Springs Conference, has now completed the task of preparing a draft formal declaration of principles and a draft constitution for a Permanent Organisation of Food and Agriculture. These drafts have been referred to the Governments concerned for further consideration.
§ Mr. PriceWill the Foreign Secretary take every opportunity to impress upon the Governments concerned the great importance of the decisions of this Conference from the point of view of world food?
