asked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware of the high prices which are being charged for second-hand electrical machinery and equipment; and does he propose to take any action in the matter.

If my hon. Friend will give me full particulars of any case he has in mind, I shall be glad to look into the matter.

Mr. Hiģģs

Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that some of the second-hand dealers double the prices of machinery of the same character; and will he take action, if I send him particulars?

Mr. Dalton

If the hon. Member will send me particulars, I shall be glad to look into them to see what can be done.
