Mr. Craven-Ellisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give the dates up to December, 1943, upon which the fiduciary issue has been increased, and by what amounts, since September, 1938; and the total subscribed through the National Savings Movement for the week in which each increase in the fiduciary issue took place.
