§ 23. Mr. Burkeasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that in a certain unit, the name of which has been set to him, in addition to church parade, men have to attend on Mondays for religious instruction and failure to attend 1610 means liability for fatigues; and, as this instruction is regarded by many as an imposition, will he take steps to make attendances voluntary.
