Mr. Ralph Ethertonasked the President of the Board of Trade if he can give an assurance that the conditions attached to any licence issued by him under the provisions of paragraph 3 of the Emergency Powers (Defence) Civilian Clothing Order (S.R. & O., No. 6, of 1944) will not involve any discrimination between one trader and another.
