§ Mr. ButlerI am now engaged in reviewing the position of all the training colleges which, owing to war circumstances, are being used for purposes other than training teachers, with a view to recovering them for their normal purposes as soon as possible. Of those mentioned by my hon. Friend, King's College of Household and Social Science is a university institution and is not directly the concern of my Department.
