Wakefieldasked the Minister of Food if he is aware that the fat American bacon used to make up the bacon ration in Swindon and district is rancid and in some cases uneatable; and what steps he is taking to see that this fat is properly used and not wasted and that other food is provided in lieu of bacon in view of the bacon shortage.
