Mr. De la Bèreasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will give an assurance that every effort will be made to state early in 1945 their decision as regards export credits; and issue a statement showing their proposals to finalise long-term trading arrangements with Russia and other countries which need them.
§ The President of the Board of Trade (Mr. Dalton)As I have already stated, a Bill to extend export credit facilities will be introduced in the New Year, and this, no doubt, will afford an opportunity for the discussion of the other matters mentioned by my hon. Friend.
