§ 9. Mr. Manningham-Bullerasked the Minister of Labour when the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act, 1944, will be brought into force.
§ Mr. BevinCertain Sections of the Act have been in operation since 15th August last. The remaining sections, including in particular those relating to the obligation on employers to employ a quota of registered disabled persons will be brought into operation as soon as circumstances make this desirable and practicable.
