Wing-Commander Hulbertasked the Minister of Pensions if he will give an assurance that, when naval, military and R.A.F. personnel are killed or wounded as the result of civil strife in occupied or liberated countries, they or their dependants will enjoy the same pension rights as if they had been killed on active service against the enemy.
