asked the Prime Minister if he will arrange for Cmd. 6564, relating to the war effort of the United Kingdom, to be published in Russian, French and Spanish.

My hon. Friend can rely on the fact that we will make arrangements for the translation and publication of this Paper in every foreign country in which this is feasible.

Will Wales be included among the countries?

Wales is not a foreign country.

Will it not be a sheer waste of paper, as there is little chance of its being distributed in those countries?
