asked the Minister of Labour when the report of Miss Markham and Miss Hancock on the future proposals of domestic service will be published.

I am actively considering this report in conjunction with my colleagues, and am not yet in a position to make any statement about its publication.

Does the Minister think that a decision will be reached before the end of the year?

Mr. Bevin

I would not like to promise it before the end of the year.
