§ The Deputy Prime Minister (Mr. Attlee)The future of the Permanent Court of International Justice is intimately bound up with the forthcoming Four Power discussions on World Organisation. These are due to begin in Washington on 14th August. In these circumstances it would be well to postpone any public discussion of the valuable Report of the Inter-Allied Committee for the time being.
