§ Colonel StanleyOn the general policy of Regional Commissions I would invite the hon. Member's attention to the statement which I made in this House on 13th July, 1943. Proposals for a Pacific Regional Council have since been discussed at the Australia-New Zealand Conference in January, 1944, and are still under consideration.
Mr. Creech JonesWill the Minister say if the Government at home have been invited to participate in this regional council between Australia and New Zealand?
§ Colonel StanleyI think the terms of the agreement were published. It was proposed, actually, that we should be one of the members.
