Major Sir Jocelyn Lucasasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will reconsider his decision not to make any 1811 hardship grant on account of bomb damage to the property of a lady of 81, of whose name and address he has been informed, in view of the fact that she is unable to pay her mortgage interest and of her great age.
