Sir Leonard Lyleasked the Minister of Labour whether the Government has yet decided on the position of employers and employees in regard to the reinstatement of serving men in the posts they vacated on being called up, especially with reference to the common occurrence that such posts have been filled twice since the war started by men and women who have now joined the colours; and what is the position in this respect of those who voluntarily joined the fighting forces?
