HC Deb 22 September 1943 vol 392 c264
Earl Winterton (Horsham and Worthing)

It is necessary that Members should be able to make their arrangements.

The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (Mr. Eden)

My noble Friend will appreciate that the third Sitting Day is the normal day for these announcements. I was proposing to make a statement on the next Sitting Day.
