Resolved, That it is expedient that a Tribunal be established for inquiring into a definite matter of urgent public importance, that is to say, the conduct before the Hereford Juvenile Court of the proceedings against Craddock and others, with particular reference to the responsibility for the irregularities which led to the finding of guilt against Craddock being quashed by the Divisional Court."—[The Attorney-General.]
