§ Mr. H. MorrisonAny question of extending the category of persons who under the existing law may claim to vote by post or by proxy would be appropriate to the forthcoming Debate on electoral reform. I would suggest that my hon. and gallant Friend should make his suggestion then for the consideration of the House.
