Mr. McNeilasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he has considered the resolution submitted to him by the conference of local authorities in the industrial areas of the West of Scotland, urging the formulation immediately of a programme for the provision of temporary housing accommodation; and whether he is now in a position to make any statement?
