Is my right hon. Friend satisfied that headmasters are making full use of such facilities as are available?

Yes, Sir, they are gradually imbibing more and more wisdom from the courses we arc spreading throughout the country.

Is the Minister aware of the unique conference which was held at Newcastle recently, when 2,500 young people met to consider questions relating to the Colonial Empire? Would he recommend that technique to other local authorities?

Yes, Sir, certainly, and I would like to add that I had great pleasure in sending a special message of encouragement to that Conference.

Will the right hon. Gentleman give facilities for the use as a handbook for such talks, Leonard Barnes' little book on Imperialism?
