asked the Minister without Portfolio whether, in making plans for the demobilisation of the Armed Forces, he will endeavour to give some degree of priority to Channel Islanders who have had no opportunity whatsoever of personal or other contacts with their families and their general interests in their homelands since the occupation of those islands by the enemy?
