§ Mr. HicksThe Order to which the hon. Member refers was not released for publication until 11th October, as the return provided for under the Order was not due to be furnished until l0th November, 1943, thus leaving a clear month between the date of publication and the submis-sion of the return. I am obliged to the hon. Member for calling my attention to this matter, and I have made arrangements that in future all such Orders shall be deposited in the Library, as soon as they can be printed after signature.
