§ Mr. McKinlayIt seems too futile to move it after what has gone before. It may be that I shall have another opportunity of discussing it, but I certainly am not moving anything with regard to expenses. Every labourer is worthy of his hire, and if a matter goes to the sheriff, those who take part in the proceedings are entitled to be paid.
