In pursuance of the Church of England Assembly (Powers) Act, 1919 (g and 10 Geo. V, c. 76, 5. 2 (2)), Mr. SPEAKER has nominated Colonel John Digby Mills to serve for the duration of the present Parliament upon the Ecclesiastical Committee, in the room of Sir Francis Edward Fremantle, O.B.E., deceased.

Indian pay of Emergency Commissioned officers 3o years of age or over of the British Service (excluding Royal Engineers, Royal Signals and Royal Artillery officers serving with Indian units) when serving with British units in India applicable to officers commissioned before 1st January, 1942, and who are in receipt of Category A rates of family lodging allowance laid down in A.O.33/42 as amended by A.O. 215/42.
