HC Deb 09 November 1943 vol 393 c1083
52. Sir T. Moore

asked the Prime Minister whether any discussions took place, or any decisions were reached, at the Moscow Conference regarding postwar arrangements for civil air traffic?

The Prime Minister

No, Sir.

Sir T. Moore

In view of the importance of the matter, does my right hon. Friend not consider that it should be put on the agenda for the Three-Power Commission meeting in London?

The Prime Minister

It would not do for me to make any statement about the Three-Power agenda without having consulted other parties, but undoubtedly civil air policy will have to be discussed between all parties, great and small.
