I beg to move, in page 6, line 43, after "pursuance," to insert "of subsection (2)".

During the passage of the Bill through Committee I gave an undertaking that Subsection (4) of Clause 8 would have a purely temporary effect. I think even in its present form it has, but I would like that the undertaking should be made quite beyond doubt, and the limiting words make sure that this only refers to Subsection (2).
