The Committee have come to the following Resolution:
That it is the opinion of the Committee, that signatures on the back of the Petition sheets and sheets attached thereto, should be counted, whether or not the Prayer is repeated at the top of the page; and that the Order of reference to the Committee be amended accordingly, by inserting after the

words Sheets headed in every case by the Prayer of the Petition,' the words ' or on the back of such sheets.'
