§ Colonel StanleyAn African Rehabilitation Centre has been set up in Kenya for the treatment of Africans belonging to any of the East African territories who have been discharged from the military Forces on account of injuries sustained during their service. The provision of similar facilities is being considered for West Africa. In Malta special consideration is being given to the problem of persons disabled, whether by enemy action, accident or disease. As regards other parts of the Colonial Empire, I have no detailed information.
