§ Mr. MabaneThe returns made by catering establishments of the number of meals they serve are checked where necessary by means of the records which the establishments are required to keep on their premises These records must be supported by invoices, vouchers, permits and other relevant documents necessary for the purpose of checking the entries made on the records.
