Resolution reported:
That is it expedient to charge on the Consolidated Fund any sums required. by the Treasury for fulfilling any guarantees which may be given. by the Treasury of the payment

of interest or principal of any loans raised under any Act of the present Session to provide for the establishment of a Board for the development of supplies of electricity in the North of Scotland, to authorise the Board to generate and supply electricity and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid; and to authorise the payment into the Exchequer of any sums received by way of repayment of any sums issued out of the Consolidated Fund under that Act.
