§ Sir K. WoodI would refer my hon. Friend to the Table given by the Financial Secretary to the Treasury in answer to a Question on 23rd July last, from which he will see that the number of 26 Income Tax payers for the year ended 5th April, 1942, is estimated at 10,500,000.
