I beg to move, in page 11, line 10, at end, to insert: and any semen so detained shall be detained at the owner's risk in such place and manner as the Minister may direct and, if such proceedings as aforesaid result in a conviction, shall be destroyed or otherwise disposed of as the Minister may direct. Sub-section (6) of this Clause as drafted provides merely for the detention of semen pending the result of any proceedings instituted and this Amendment is designed to provide for dealing with the matter after we have obtained a conviction.
